Design and 3D CAD Development of new enclosures for GreenVolts solar array systems.
As the system is continually exposed to nature's wrath great care was taken to develop robust sealed solutions for both the motor and bearing enclosures. The SMS Mustang represents the benchmark for design and performance for America's ultimate muscle car. Working with CAD data from SEMA and Ford the revised body work including; front bumper and grilles, vented hood, side skirts, rear bumper, rear deck lid, rear diffuser and rear wing went from sketch to first customer in just six months.

Nike D-Line Watches
Concept Creation, Design and 3D CAD Development of a unique line of watches for Nike Action Sports. A patented construction of metal and rubber links enable the flexibility and impact resistance needed in extreme sports situations.
Different metal links are possible including stamped steel, pressed steel, pressed aluminum and pressed titanium. A wide range of technical finishes are also possible on the different materials. 2011 Industrial Design, User Interface Design -
SMS Supercars Challenger
The SMS Challenger represents the benchmark for design and performance modification to Dodge's retro muscle car. Working from digital scan data, the new body work includes; front bumper, front grille and trim, front splitter, hood with working butterfly intake system, side skirts, rear bumper, rear deck lid extension, light blade trim, rear diffuser and rear spoiler went from sketch to first customer in just six months.

TRX Training Center
TRX Training Center design exploration across a variety of floor plans. Definition of key themes such as colors, textures, materials, geometry and graphics.
Conceptual spaces included a 2000 and 3000 sq. ft. rectangular floor plan.
Final floor plan was derived from an new retail construction with unique proportions and configuration. Facade was not open to new design so entire focus was on interior surface development and floor plan maximization. SMS Supercharger
The SMS Supercharger System was designed and engineered to be the pinnacle of high performance forced induction systems.
Each component in the system was designed for optimization; from the aerodynamic 100mm intake plenum and throttle body, to the multi-lobe compressor screws, to the internal intercooler system which utilizes a patented cartridge system with six cylindrical water to air intercoolers to control the air charge temperature. 2011 Design, Engineering -
Saleen Mustang 2005
Design and 3D CAD Development of all exterior and interior component changes from the base Ford Mustang.
The 2005 Saleen Mustang was designed to enhance the Saleen Brand by bringing the retro inspired Ford Mustang to a more modern aesthetic. Exterior changes include aggressive front bumper and grille, sculpted and vented hood, aerodynamic side skirts, high down force rear wing, deep recessed rear bumper and taillight surround and seven spoke wheels.
